Custom Order Process
Thank you for your interest in a custom order! Here’s a detailed overview of the process to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience:
1. Inquiry
Once you reach out to inquire about a specific theme or design, I will respond to discuss your ideas and preferences.
2. Design Phase
Custom orders require additional time—typically 3-4 weeks—due to the design phase, proof approvals, and other considerations.
3. Design Fee
Depending on the theme and/or item, a design fee may be charged for custom work, which must be paid upfront before any design work begins. An invoice for this fee will be sent to you upon confirmation of your design request.
4. Sample Creation
Once the design fee invoice is paid, I will begin working on your design. You can expect a sample for approval within 1-2 weeks.
5. Approval
After you receive the sample, you will have the opportunity to review and approve the design.
6. Final Invoice
Once the design is approved, I will send an additional invoice for the physical item(s) that will be shipped.
7. Order Completion
After payment for the physical items is received, I will complete your order and prepare it for shipment.
