Shipping policy

1. Processing Time: Current and updated processing times will be noted at the top of the webpage. Please note that processing time is the duration required to make the item(s) and prepare your order for shipment, this does not include shipping time. 

2. Rush Processing: For customers who need their orders expedited, I do offer a Rush Processing option. With Rush Processing, your order will be prepared and shipped within 2-3 business days. Unless otherwise noted in the announcements at the top of the website. This option is available for an additional fee.

3. Upgraded Shipping Options: Some orders may require faster shipping to ensure on time arrival. Therefore, upgraded shipping options are available during checkout for your convenience. The available options and associated costs will be displayed during the checkout process.

4. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package.

5. Address Accuracy: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address during the checkout process. Cardstock Party Shop is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Delays and Exceptions: While I strive to meet my shipping commitments, there may be instances beyond my control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays, that could result in shipping delays. I appreciate your understanding in such situations.
